Meet and Greets
To us nothing is more important than a first impression. Our staff knows the way your guests are welcomed to a city can set the mood for their entire stay. Therefore our professionally trained and uniformed staff uses custom signage, radio communications, arrival and departure manifests as well as other techniques to ensure transportation, baggage collection and other meet and greet services are expedited courteously and efficiently. Your groups departures will receive the same attention as their arrival to create a positive, lasting impression of their stay.
Registration Staff.
Avoid waiting in lines at the Front Desk, have your own registration desk. Here professional staff awaits your guests with their room key and registration packet. The registration packet is complete with a welcome letter; an itinerary of their scheduled events, proposed activities, as well as their departure notice and any other pertinent information you might see fit.
Our staff will be available to assist your guest with any questions they might have, suggest area attractions and make the appropriate reservations when needed. Have our staff be your groups private " Concierge".
